UNSW Underage In order to commence work on your placement the signed application form and the CONFIRMATION BOOKING FEE (placement Fee + 4 weeks homestay + airport pickup + guardian fees till 18th birthday) is required. Proof of payment is required 2 weeks prior to arrival otherwise booking is cancelled.

PLACEMENT FEE/ADMINISTRATION IS NON-REFUNDABLE once homestay has been requested then we will assume that agent/college/student accepts responsibility for placement fee.

All homestays are located around 30 to 60 minutes travelling time to the student’s learning institution.
Homestay includes all meals except lunches Monday to Friday. Prices are GST inclusive per person.

POLICIES AND CANCELLATION
- No airport transfer refund applies if a student cannot locate the driver. The student must call our emergency numbers NOT YOUR HOST FAMILY & follow our instructions. We will contact the driver and make sure that student and driver link up. Students that make their own way to host family without calling emergency numbers & following our instructions forfeit the transfer fee.
- The first four weeks of homestay funds are not negotiable. A change of family during the first 4 weeks will incur a $80 service fee.
- Homestay fees must be paid 4 weeks in advance.
- Change of family after the initial 4 week booking period will be treated as a new placement.
- Host family must be informed two weeks before moving out; otherwise two weeks accommodation must be paid.
- Service fee $80.00
- Credit card payments – add 4.5%.
- The contract between host family and student is two weeks notice. (This applies when the student wants to leave the family or the host family requires the student to leave.) Auzzie Families is not liable for a breach of this contract and expects host families and students to act with integrity in this matter.
- Service fee $80.00 for any changes.
- Placement fee - non refundable.
- Two weeks or less prior to arrival - 1 week homestay monies are retained for family. Airport transfer and guardian fee refunds are subject to an service fee.
